This is our favourite Indian, tucked away in Studentsi Grad (students' town) near the 'Fantastiko' supermarket - don't be put off by the location - it is definitely worth it, in fact for those living in suburbia it is ideally located with easy street parking. Prakash, the chef and owner serves authentic top quality Indian food, as well as innovative fusion dishes with a passion that is absent in the other Indian restaurants. Not without reason Saffron was chosen to cater for the visit of the Indian President to Bulgaria in 2018. In the summer months there is a pleasant outdoor dining area.
