This pizzeria is a true Cagliari down-to-earth classic. Small and really busy, this place is located in what used to be a fairly rough and downmarket part of town, but which is now drastically improving, with new building developments, shops and restaurants all over. There's a selection of around sixty different pizzas to choose from, but if you've already had too much of it, their huge beef or horse steaks, served with roast or fried potatoes, are famous in town... so be prepared for a difficult choice. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pizzaiolo (the man who actually makes your pizza) works behind a glass window, so can see the whole pizza-making process live in front of you. Definitely worth the thirty-odd minutes’ walk from piazza Yenne.
