Situated half way between Poetto beach and the city centre, both easily reachable via bus, it's on the ground floor of a modern building, surrounded by a pleasant garden with lawns and palm trees. Furniture is new and modern, with a large common living area, which is both elegant and cosy. Breakfast during the warmer months is served in the balcony and is made more interesting thanks to homemade pastries and jams. Although not all the bathrooms are en-suite, they are all large, modern and impeccably clean. The owner can also organise windsurf, kayak or sailing lessons, as well as massages and other beauty treatments. Bicycles can be rented adding a small extra.
