Named the greatest market hall in Europe by CNN in 2013, this vast emporium was purpose built in 1896 to be Budapest's central market hall. It's still holding onto that title, and inside you'll find three storeys of Hungarian and international delicatessen, as well as clothing and souvenirs. Among the tack and tat you'll find some genuine bargains and fine food and produce.
