Eating from a truck parked on a highway may not seem that appetising, but it’s an excellent island experience. Originally these Truk di pan (or Truk’i pan, bread trucks) only served sandwiches, hence the name, but today they serve anything from steak and burgers to seafood. Most serve huge portions for cheap prices. Although they don't have official opening hours, generally these highly recommended eating places are open from 21:00 till the wee hours of the morning.
