The historic property of Landhuis Daniel functions as a hotel as well as an affordable establishment for fine dining. Although the lovely countryside setting of this patio restaurant appeals to plenty of people, the main attraction here is the chef who happens to be a wizard with cooking utensils. All of his signature dishes are delicious, fresh, simple and yet, somehow very complex, especially the incredibly tasty seafood. Owner and chef Jan can also change a dish if one of your party has food allergies, but bear in mind that this little tropical oasis is far from civilisation, so a rented car is really your only option of getting here unless you want shell out more money for your cab than for your shellfish. Also highly recommended for breakfast.
