Mundo Bizarro

It may not be the cheapest place in Old Town, but it's certainly the most colourful destination in Willemstad. The interior of Mundo Bizarro is, as the name would suggest, a rare collection of, well, bizarre decorations. A portrait of Mother Mary hangs next to a life-size mural of a tough local lady, holding a giant Cuban cigar in her hand and there's enough eclectic art and artefacts here to fill a museum. Things can get wild here in the wee hours, but if you just want to relax then drop by for lunch and try the unforgettable lobster soup, which is so good that you'll dream about it at night. Order a cocktail with a snack or peruse its impressive wine list.
