You’ll find the Papagayo Specialty Restaurant at one of Curacao's trendiest beaches. As the name suggests, this is not your ordinary bill of fare. Foodies will love the diversity of starters from sauteed scallops to the tender rack of lamb that could compete with anything you'll find in the UK or New Zealand. In fact, Papagayo specialises in a wide range of small dishes, making it easier to share a good night out with friends. During the daytime, when the adjacent pool is full of people, we usually have the fish and chips at the casual Papagayo Beach Club, but in the evening there's no better place for fine dining than the Specialty Restaurant. Although the cuisine and atmosphere is fantastic if we were forced to nitpick, we would prefer a more diverse wine selection.
