This four star hotel is right next to the lifts at an altitude of 2003 metres. Originally built in 1989, it was renovated two years ago and this season it has a brand new bowling centre for guests. There are 123 rooms, painted in warm, pastel colours, each with a mini-bar and TV. Most of the rooms have showers, but the Presidential apartment has a massage-bath. There is a restaurant for guests serving mainly Georgian cuisine and a 24-hour bar with both smoking and non-smoking sections, plus a hotel nightclub at the weekends. If you have children, there is a special play room with childminders on duty so the kids can play safely inside while you play out on the slopes. There are two tennis courts, a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Other facilities include a conference centre, a cash machine, a sports equipment shop and a ski technician’s workshop.
