This small fourteen-room hotel is located in the centre of Gudauri, just a five minute walk from the ski lifts. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price, and if you stay for seven nights or more then local wines and chacha are also included. The rooms are light and each has a bathroom and TV. There is a conference room, a lounge area with a fire place, a ski equipment depot, and of course a bar and restaurant. The sauna is also available to non-hotel guests and a cost of 50 Lari for four people.
