Cafe le Toit is, true to its name, perched just above Tbilisi's Leselidze street, which is chock - full of bars and cafes. But make sure not to miss out on Cafe le Toit, which is great for taking a rest from the midday sun and getting a nice view of town. The interior is French - influenced, the kitchen - international, cheap and delicious. Great coffee, great view.
