One of the newer hotels to open in Tbilisi - by the same company that has recently opened DineHall on Rustaveli Avenue - Mercure is located by the sulphur baths in Old Tbilisi. 7 - story Mercure is an upper scale hotel. The lobby’s interior is decorated by a combination of wonderfully selected pastel colors and wooden elements on the walls. The floors are made of marble. The lounge bar is small but very cozy and accommodating with coffee tables and colorful armchairs. Breakfast is served in a bright and elegant restaurant, with a small hidden terrace outside. The rooms are minimalistic but cozy. Sky 7 terrace - located, of course, on the 7th floor - overlooks the river and the beautiful ‘balcony - cliffs’ of Metekhi plateau.
