Just off Rustaveli Avenue the newly-opened Piano Bar on the top floor of the Art Boutique Hotel is one of the classiest venues in Tbilisi. A big part of its roof is a glass cupola, which permits guests to enjoy a 270-degree panoramic view of the town, and a particularly stunning vista on Mtatsminda mountain with the funicular and TV tower - one of the symbols of Tbilisi.
