A porcelain blue painted house that once belonged to a family of Armenian traders whose travels have been preserved for posterity in the drawings on both the inside and outside of the building that portray Constantinople, Venice, Alexandria, St. Petersburg and Stockholm.

The main living room features a wall fountain from which rose water once gushed. The family's love of water and bathing continues downstairs with the Turkish bath.

On Saturdays and Sundays access is through the garden of Balabanov House only.
