In 2004 an industrial hangar was converted into this multipurpose exhibition space dedicated to the production of contemporary art. HangarBicocca features international artists focused on experimentation and site-specific projects that allow viewers to double as participants within the space. With a constantly varied calendar of events, including those for children, the programme often includes film festivals, meetings with curator and artist, and one-of-a-kind installations.
