Originally a church at the beginning of the second century, it was desecrated in the 1970s and has since swapped out the altar for a bar and a one-of-a-kind interior. To avoid the late night queue, make a table reservation for aperitivo and hang around until the lights dim and the party starts. Sacrilege notwithstanding, Gattopardo's manager regularly makes the rounds and offers guests the opportunity to dance on the bar. Say yes; it may be the only church in the world with a disco!
