This long-time favorite for Pisa's university students specializes in pies that are thinner and crunchier than most pizzas you would find in Naples or across southern Italy. We like the Tuscan style pizzas dished out at Montino's, but we especially come here for the 'cecina'. 'Cecina' here is especially popular in a sandwich made from fresh baked dough which can be accompanied by vegan, vegetarian and non-vegetarian extras.
