Vegan wraps, sandwhiches, and burgers come in a variety of combinations, including some tasty gluten free options. The people working here are friendly and passionate about getting the world to eat more like the peaceful Koala that serves as their logo and a good reminder that even in Italy things are changing when it comes to mealtime preferences. A lot of the ingredients, like tofu and tempeh, will be quite familiar to plant-based diners, but we were pleased to find a vegan twist on 'piadinas', a traditional Italian flatbread sandwich.
