Built as a tribute to Victor Emmanuel II, the first king of a united Italy, this grandiose monument commemorates the unification of Italy. Made of bright, white marble, it is absolutely amazing and definitely worth a visit. Take the lift to the top of the monument for a panoramic view of Rome. It provides some awe-inspiring views of the city. The ticket is 10€, but you will not be disappointed. And don’t forget to take some memorable photos from the top of this magnificent monument.
