With a slightly lower than typical hostel price, the Ostello Tergeste is to be found in a pretty location on the sea front, not far from Miramare Castle. Sadly that's where its virtues end, with a shabby breakfast (included), unreliable internet and sparse eating options in the immediate vicinity of the place (restaurant/pizzeria within 20min walk). At least the staff are your quintessential chirpy Italians. Overall if you can forgive its shortcomings it's not too bad for the price.
