Liverpool is a musical city, and few shops story this proud history as authentically as Probe Records. First opened in 1971, this independent record store has been championing the purest form of pop music since the good old days, a number of Liverpool music icons have worked in the shop, although the focus has always been on the records themselves. Probe has functioned out of a number of locations, with The Bluecoat home at the time of writing.
