In our humble opinion, this is one of the best places in town for lunch despite its location in a hard-to-find corner of the Kalvertoren shopping centre. Go to the back of the third floor and look for the large glass tower that houses Blue. Trust us. Once upstairs you won't want to leave. Look in any direction and behold the breathtaking beauty of Amsterdam while tucking into tasty dishes from the simple, yet varied menu. The sleek, ultra-modern interior is also nothing to sneeze at.
