If drinking exceptional beer is one of your goals in Zandvoort, you can end your search here. With almost 50 beers in bottles and another six on draught, we’ll forgive the owners their lack of originality when they created their menu. All the usual main courses like schnitzels, steaks and prawns can be had here for reasonable prices, but we were particularly impressed by its varied children’s menu that offered much more than the usual frites. The gregarious staff are quick to engage you in conversation and Bruxelles serves Holland’s most beloved frozen popsicles, Raket, which are an absolute must on a hot day.
