De Hollebol is a relatively late addition to the 'good life' that we call Texel. Named after the playground located opposite the square, this grand café has been enticing its patrons with impressive modern design as well as historic Art Nouveau elements since 2010. The menu includes an array of sandwiches, breakfast food, soups and salads, but our favourite has to be the Texel salad made with the flavourful Wezenspyk cheese from the area and the locally produced Shiitake mushrooms.
