Although the interior looks traditional with smoked hams on the walls and all kinds of other 'typically Spanish' things, the food is all but predictable. Don't expect ordinary tapas here, which you can buy all over Amsterdam these days. This is Iberian haute cuisine. The presentation of the food gets as much attention from the chefs as the preparation and the ambience is excellent. Recommended.
