McDonald's Schiphol Noord

This is by far the most interesting of the three McDonald's outlets in and around Schiphol Airport. The burgers don't taste any different, nor is the interior, but its location right next to the Buitenveldertbaan, one of the six runways at Holland's biggest airport, will appeal to planespotters everywhere. Separated from the aviation action by only a thin partition, you can see a plane up close and personal every three minutes. Enormous windows and a massive terrace with binoculars aid the experience. Screens inside display the names and destinations of all of the arriving and departing aircraft.
