This salubrious cocktail bar on the 23rd floor of the five-star Hotel Okura not only offers fantastic evening views of the city from high above, but it’s also located right next to Ciel Bleu, a restaurant with two Michelin stars from which you can order some delicious starters like fresh oysters. Sit on sumptuous leather couches while you sip incredible mixed drinks or vintage wines and Champagne chosen by its renowned sommelier. It’s also known for its mojitos, but don’t tell the bartenders you heard it from us. They might prefer to make something more challenging. Although not necessarily a requirement, a jacket and tie might be a good idea if you want to fit in.
