This small Asian restaurant may be a bit hard to find, but it’s definitely worth the effort. Just look on Havenstraat for the most pathetic pink shopping mall we've ever seen and look for the Filipino flag waving proudly from the balcony. Take the staircase up and make your way through the potted urban jungle until you finally reach one of its many tables covered with simple plastic tablecloths. If you're lucky the owner has already taken his pyjamas off and is ready to serve the best Filipino food we've had outside of Manilla. Whatever you order from the dirt cheap menu it will be properly seasoned and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.
