With the ocean on the other side of the boulevard, it’s not hard to figure out why this seafood restaurant is popular. The covered outdoor seating area in front of this historic building includes fans to keep you cool and wonderful views of the sunset beyond Klein Bonaire. Although it has its own boat that regularly brings back the bounty of the sea, many of the fish on the menu are imported, so ask your waiter which ones are fresh and local. You can also order a few vegetarian and meat dishes, but be sure to save some space for the heavenly honey lemon cake. Fresh, uncooked fish can be bought to take away if you have a grill at home, but you're probably better off just eating it here next to the water.
