At Zuikertuin Mall you’ll find De Heeren (The Men), which has been there for years, but just last year De Dames (The Ladies) opened nearly opposite the busy Schottegatweg. This welcome addition to Willemstad's lunchroom scene is run by a couple of friendly ladies who pamper their guests from start to finish. Attentive service, a child-friendly setting and the best coffee we've tasted on the island are just a few reasons to visit this inviting deli. It also serves a great breakfast that includes heaps of healthy options and a delicious selection of bread. If we were to guess, the homemade carrot cake would have to be De Dames' signature dish.
