Although this beach, which is located in a spectacular natural bay, only reopened in 2011, it has become one of the most popular hangouts among locals, expats and beach lovers. The notorious monthly Full Moon parties have become the stuff of legend, but basically any party or festival here is worth attending. Its secure parking, alternative look, impressive amenities (restaurant, bar, massage, dive school and platform) and picture-perfect setting are reason enough to spend some time at this man-made earthly paradise. Sadly, you'll have to pay for your beach chair.
