‘The best sunset views in town’ is the phrase that the Dutch owner uses to lure potential clients to Ocean View Terrace. Although it’s great to be seated in the courtyard of the Government House with its view of the adjacent historic fort and the Caribbean Sea in the distance, in the end it's the food that matters when dining out. Thankfully, the menu lists everything from cheese burgers to a wide range of seafood dishes and carnivores will be pleased to know that this is the best place on the island to order a juicy slab of grilled Angus beef. The upper covered outdoor dining area is perfect for Caribbean evenings, but on Fridays the lower section is inundated with crooners who come for the weekly karaoke parties. The cuisine is excellent value for money, but the service could and should be much quicker.
