Completely decorated in 1930s style, Café Bolle offers a great, nostalgic atmosphere with fresh appeal. Although Tuesday nights when crowds arrive for Dobbel Dinsdag (Dice Tuesday) are predominantly attended by students (or anyone who doesn’t need to be at their best on Wednesday morning), the rest of the week is great for everyone, including children who’ll enjoy the enormous games room. Café Bolle offers good cuisine that isn’t over-priced and its business lunches are also good value for money. If you’re still undecided, Bolle was nominated as one of the best pubs in Holland in 2011.
