Although Oisterwijk is proud of its reputation as 'the Pearl of Brabant province', Otori could just as deservedly be called the 'Pearl of Oisterwijk.' This Japanese restaurant combines a selection of extremely fresh and pure ingredients with a stylish look that's a sophisticated mix of traditional Asian and modern styles. Our only criticism is that the young waiters will have to book a lot of overtime to match the level of the kitchen staff.
