In China it's quite acceptable that people take an English name in addition to their Chinese surname, hence Charlie Chiu. In 1985, Charlie started the first Chinese fast food restaurant in Europe - or so he claims. In all his restaurants, minimum waiting times and excellent quality are the most important requirements and this place is no exception. Apart from a multitude of simple, but freshly prepared Asian dishes, Charlie has also kept his Muslim clientele in mind. Four different types of sandwiches with 100% Halal ingredients are available.
