In Utrecht there's only one choice for people who want to eat at the Michelin-star level, but don't fancy the sky-high price tag that usually comes with it: Culinair Podium (Culinary Stage). That's not to say that this place is cheap. Its unusual menu may be quite limited, but the small works of art brought to your table caress your taste buds to create a superior taste sensation. The restaurant also profits from its friendly and knowledgeable staff, although a less minimalistic decor would considerably improve the atmosphere.
