The ‘bakery shop’ is a bread and cake lovers’ paradise. This is the place to go for big, healthy-ish breakfasts, sumptuous lunches and lavish high teas. The comfortable seats, the view on the canal, the stuffed animals on the wall and the (living) curious cat will probably prevent you from leaving this pleasant wharf cellar and therein lies its main problem. Popping in spontaneously is almost impossible, especially on weekends, so make sure you make a reservation first.
