An immensely popular restaurant in the west of the city, this place classifies itself as ‘inspiring Asian’. It serves reasonably priced fusion dishes with wordy names like ‘The silky lake from Thailand’ and ‘Heavenly softness from Penang’ in a hip and stylish Japanese-style atmosphere. Although the lyricism of the menu takes a little getting used to, the staff’s apparent enthusiasm for what they serve is a welcome change from the general level-headedness that seems to rule this country. It has also opened a shop with all the ingredients and items necessary for Asian recipes.
