This pizza stand is one of the best-known places in the city. Day trippers and even foreign pop artists like Stephen Malkmus (of Pavement) adore a 'broodje Mario' when they're in town. This is also its most popular offer. For €3 you get a lovely Italian bun with salami, chorizo and lots of vegetables and once you've had one, you won't need dinner. Reviewers tip: ask for some free green peppers. Mario's pizzas, especially the calzone tonno, are really worthwhile as well.
