Since 1981 this family-run company has been making cheese on their farm where milk is produced by their own special breed of black and white Holstein-Friesian cows. In addition to a handful of tasty cheeses, including our favourite Cholfitty variety, the 4th generation of this family also sells a wide range of regional food.
