Located just a few steps from Stratumseind, the PallaZ has been the biggest gay bar in Eindhoven for almost a decade. Although it may be the largest, the PallaZ is actually a small, two-bar establishment. What it lacks in size, it makes up for with a variety of theme parties from bingo nights to drag shows. The music varies from Dutch sing-a-longs and Eurovision anthems to gay dance and club songs. Evenings often begin quietly with cheese and sausage, but can end quite fiercely with half-naked men dancing on wooden boxes.
