Although Stadsbranderij Eindhoven only opened in 2014, it's hard to imagine the local scene of coffee places without this impressive newcomer. It's hard-to-find location at the end of a small alley isn't user-friendly, but the final reward is well worth the effort. Inside an old sawmill you’ll find a great variety of furniture and an even better selection of coffee. All the usual varieties from cappuccino to espresso are on offer, but real connoisseurs should order an Bruno, a heavenly dark roasted Brazilian bean with chocolate and nut flavours. The in-house coffee roaster sets it apart from other cafes and this precise process is undertaken a couple of times each week. For tea lovers we recommend the Sensual Healing and Notendroom (Nut Dream).
