One of Eindhoven's most popular parks, Stadswandelpark, was created in 1921. Its impressive pond and green fields make it an ideal place for a picnic, but if you're after more intellectual or artistic pursuits then visit the sculpture garden, the intriguing Radio Monument or the Observation Tower. Then again, you can just relax on the banks of the meandering River Dommel that traverses the park.
