The charming, colourful interior and the upbeat music are indeed very Mexican, but their the similarities end. Order standard, yet affordable quesadillas and burritos, but avoid the overpriced sangria, tuna salad, ‘Mexican’ ribs, boring salsa, guacamole (with garlic!) and cold nachos. Despite these less than savoury dishes, the friendly staff go out of their way to make everyone feel at home. The coconut ice cream is a real crowd pleaser.
