During the Golden Age the first Dutch multinational company, the VOC (Dutch East India Company), brought all kinds of unknown herbs, spices and vegetables from Asia to the Western world. This restaurant owes its name to the administration of that organisation and the same 'unusual' cargo from centuries past is now turned into dishes of pure genius. Unfortunately, as in many places of similar calibre, the culinary delights come with a rather steep price tag.
