Let's first mention the things we love about Shintori. It has a superb downtown location and the quality of the seafood is outstanding. However, we're not big fans of its minimalist interior that's crammed full of too many tables. Just a few less seats would improve the quality of the dining experience and the waiters could attempt a smile now and again.
