The so-called Bosch Kwartiertje (Den Bosch quarter of an hour) is an expression outsiders have created to indicate that people from Den Bosch are always late for appointments and this 15-minute delay has now become a kind of symbol for the southern, Burgundian way of life. That said, the waitresses at this restaurant on two floors are anything but lazy. They buzz around from table to table like well-meaning flies to serve their patrons. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff perform at a slightly lower level and we certainly don't recommend the suckling pig. On the bright side, the portions are large and more than filling.
