Zwanenbroedershuis Museum

The stately building on the Hinthamerstraat certainly catches one's attention. The Swan Brethen House, the domicile of the Illustrious Brotherhood of Our Blessed Lady, came into being in 1847. Apart from the rich history of the brotherhood, which dates back to 1318, you can also admire many valuable objects related to the this organisation, including unique 15th- and 16th-century sheet music, wood carvings and William of Orange's drinking goblet. Almost 2200 people have been a member sinds the 14th century.
