Reaching Saba isn't an easy task, but once you get here you'll curse yourself for not having visited this island gem sooner. To discover its charms first travel to the Dutch Caribbean island of St. Maarten (see the St. Maarten chapter for more info). From there you can take a short 12-minute flight or a bumpy hour and a half boat ride. No visas are required.
