Hi Rosie several years ago myself and the owner of our company and 2 coworkers came to your Island. We asked for a tour and we were directed to you and your service. We went to White Wall and then to the East shore and then you dropped us off at the restaurant on the west shore. I mentioned that I was interested in buying property and you gave me the contact information for Alvin Courtar. Alvin and I looked over a property but we were not able to come to terms. So I have not forgotten my love for the island. I was wondering if you could help me in finding a piece of property. Alvin's property was fully serviced and I am not interested in these services. I am looking for a piece of land on the Quill and I prefer it to be facing West. Even if it is off the road a way I am okay with that. Would you be able to help me. Do you know anyone who is interested in selling unserviced property. My price range is between 10 000 U.S. to 20 000 U.S.
